The company has shown no interest in supporting me in replacing the air conditioning that I recently purchased from them. The device is not working. When contacting the distributor, I was told that I needed to contact LG. However, I am within the 7-day deadline and it is not facilitating the process. Meanwhile, the device is paid for and the only injured party in the story is me. Lack of commitment and transparency. Terrible customer experience and extremely ineffective and poor service. I have photos and they make it clear that the item I purchased was poorly stored, they were not careful with the instructions given by the manufacturer nor were they interested in resolving the situation amicably. I don't recommend it, I wouldn't buy it again and don't do that with your money. Invest your money in a company that makes your experience good and has a service center that works. HORRIBLE!

Worst shopping experience I've had in years. On 11/30 I purchased an LG air conditioner through the distributor A Dias website. At the beginning of the purchase, I already had a problem because the purchase and tracking didn't appear on the website, I had to keep sending emails asking where the merchandise was. Delivery was scheduled for 7/12 and it was not delivered, so I contacted the company again who said it would be delivered on the 8th. I warned them about the condominium's rule that they only receive the goods until 5pm. The carrier arrived at 5:30 pm and the delivery was not released. So that the delivery man wouldn't have to return with the equipment, I took the car out of the garage, asked him to put the equipment in and entered the condominium with the equipment, but I had to take the goods home. So on 12/18 I got an appointment with the installer to finally install it and during the installation process it was discovered that the equipment is not working. I contacted the distributor who advised me to seek a solution with LG as they do not exchange equipment that was not installed by them (this to me is a tie-in sale). We contacted LG and chose the service at the Pinheiros unit, as we did not get a response, we contacted them again and the attendant said he had no agenda, so we asked him to change the unit, and then they moved to the Interlagos unit, with only an agenda. for 12/28 for evaluation. In other words, we bought equipment costing 4 thousand reais, the distributor refuses to change the brand and will send a technician to assess the problem with equipment that hasn't even been installed and I'm going to spend Christmas and New Year with a house full of holes because I haven't even neither the distributor nor the brand respect the consumer. I need a quick solution to this problem. It's not right how they're treating a purchase worth 4 thousand reais, which for you may not be much, but for me it's a fortune.

The provider who did the installation referred me to A Dias air conditioning. I've had 3 rooms and even the clinic reception without air for months.
